NEW YORK CITY – AWEAR was recently featured on a billboard in the heart of Times Square, one of the world’s most iconic landmarks, recognizing the company’s mission to bring continuous brain monitoring into everyday life.
For AWEAR Founder and CEO Antonio Forenza, the moment carried special meaning.
“Many years ago, shortly after moving from Italy to the United States, I stood in Times Square for the first time. Coming from a small town in Southern Italy, it represented the American dream, a place where ambitious ideas could become reality through hard work and perseverance. I never imagined that one day something I built would be featured there.”
The Times Square feature reflects AWEAR’s progress in developing a discreet, behind-the-ear EEG wearable that helps people better understand their brain activity through continuous monitoring and AI-powered insights. Since launching its beta program, AWEAR has expanded collaborations with leading research institutions, introduced AWEAR Labs for researchers and developers, and continues to advance the future of real-world brain health monitoring.
